Dear SAFMIM:
Sounds like you need to reconfigure the master/slave relationship. IDE only permits 2 "devices" while the SCSI spec lets you "plug in" many more "channels". The newer more puritan SATA spec only allows for a more socially acceptable single device per channel so I don't really think that's what you're looking for, although the throughput is exceptional.
